What I admire most about Leila is the way she shows up for the people in her life. She has a gift for listening—really listening. She never rushes to offer advice or tell you what to do. Instead, she asks thoughtful questions, helps you see things from a different angle, and you walk away feeling more clear and grounded. She's compassionate without being overly sentimental, honest without being harsh, and incredibly easy to talk to. She brings a sense of warmth, calm and steadiness to every interaction.
