I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years of experience in human services and years of clinical practice working with professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, major life transitions, and the quieter weight of feeling stuck despite outward success. My practice is fully remote, conducted through secure video, built around the reality that thoughtful therapy shouldn't require you to carve two hours out of an already demanding day. We meet when and where it works for you. My approach is direct and collaborative. I'm not a blank slate. I'm an engaged partner in the work, someone who will think alongside you, ask the questions worth sitting with, and help you make sense of what's actually going on beneath the surface. The clients I work with are often accomplished professionals and creatives, self-aware and driven in their own right, and still finding themselves circling the same frustrations or facing something they haven't quite been able to work through alone. If that sounds familiar, I'd be glad to connect. My practice is currently available Monday through Wednesday, with appointments between 11am and 6pm.
