This was my first visit at this location and the entire experience was great! The staff was exceptional and from walking in to purchasing my new glasses was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend!

The visit with the doctor was great — thorough & very helpful. I would definitely recommend this optometrist. The office staff did not seem to care about my needs or helping me. They seemed more interested in money charged & owed. I was asked if I wanted a contact fitting during my appointment. I didn't fully understand what this entailed, so I said yes. What I found out later is that my insurance did not cover this service because it only does every 2 years. This was info I could have used when making the decision, & I’m certain it was info the intake staff knew when they asked me. I would hope for & expect staff to be looking out for me, the patient. Instead, I felt they were more interested in their bottom line & charging me for the max number of services. I would want the staff to inform me fully before I make a decision that ended up being out of pocket. Like a good mechanic, I want to be able to trust they are looking out for me. Sadly, on this visit, I didn’t feel that way.
