I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) helping adults with anxiety, depression, and everyday stress. I see clients in person in Long Beach and online across New York State. Maybe you’re overwhelmed at work, stuck in the same relationship patterns, or just not feeling like yourself. Therapy gives you space to slow down, figure out what’s going on, and make changes that stick. My approach is practical and collaborative. We’ll use tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness that you can start using right away, not just in session.
