I went yesterday to the doctor Salvatore carbonato in Stamford CT. They try to install the MCOT device, but wen they did it didn’t have charge, so the try other device which didn’t pair with the phone, so they call the devices company to see what’s happening and they say go head en send him home it will be fix in 2 hours, that happens about 4:30 pm and I wait until 9:30 pm to call suppor to help me because the device wasn’t pairing, they told me by next day at noon be fix didn’t happend, instead the MCOT was dead in the morning which is supposed to last several days, so I charged and I went to work hoping to be fix by noon, didn’t happend!. I’m here 12:30 am calling support for help because the devise don’t have any more charge and never pair. And they say we cannot help u because we have a contract with the doctors office and u need to deal with him, is Friday and he is not going to be at the office until Monday, I really hope nothing happens to me for the mediocre service of this company..
