Was referred by a friend who said doctor was incredible. Wrote down reason for visit and medical condition, spoke to office staff who confirmed Dr. treats my issues and could address particular concerns. Spent over an hour filling out paperwork then to be seen by doctor who said could not provide care. All of this could have been dealt with over the phone before and I would have preferred a cancellation in advance rather than wasting my time.

Everyone in the office was happy. Tells a lot! Little to no wait time, process was efficient and genuinely kind , caring and knowledgable. What one would expect from a doctor.

Dr. Buckingham was completely aware of my symptoms and prior treatments and medications so the appointment was quick and efficient. We discussed alternative medications and their interactions with my other meds and agreed on a course of action. This is what a doctors visit should be like all the time. Great doctor.

I have a complicated medical history and the condition that was the reason for my visit is not common. Dr. Floyd is as attentive and knowledgeable. We went through solutions to best manage my migraine/vomiting and I am pleased with the direction we will be trying first. I will follow up in three months, and I feel very confident that I have found and extremely competent and caring Neurologist.
