My 1st time booking with this provider. The staff & provider were extremely friendly & helpful. They all ask & answer questions. Office was very clean & they had the best soundtracks ever; the music was so good which causes you to relax. Nice selection of frames.

Friendly staff, great attentive doctor and overall pleasant experience. Commute was convenient and easy about 4-5 blocks from the G . I would highly recommend definitely recommend for eye care needs.

The space was large , which was good. My appointment was at 12:30 ,didn’t get to see the Dr, the appropriate time that I scheduled, until 90 mins after, overall staff was very pleasant, especially Dr. Pierre

Considering the place being crowed on a Saturday morning, waiting between 45 - 60 minutes to go through the entire process of an examination isn't bad. Yes, I would recommend Shades of Brooklyn to family and friends.-

I wasn’t even seen ….. arrived before my appointment time and was given my form 40 mins after . Just be told I will have to reschedule. Waste of time and money …. Please don’t waste your time

They have a great selection of glasses and most of the staff was very friendly. There was an older black woman present who was very rude and a horrible communicator. She spoke around me and refused to speak to me. Other than that I had a pleasant experience and would recommend. The office was clean and all other staff members were pleasant and professional.

I’ve actually been seeing this provider since I was young. It’s been a while since I saw them so I had to re-register and get my insurance sorted out. The wait at this place is always long, but it’s because they’re busy and try to accommodate everyone. Keep in mind that this is business that’s catered to the folks in Brownsville for over two decades. The staff is and Dr. are so friendly.

Dr. Jacobs is an excellent provider and is always clear and direct when you are seen. The office is a little out-of-date but the staff is great and I did not have a long wait time.

Dr.Jacob explained how to clean the glasses and other reasons why my current pair were looking the way they do. She was proactive in identifying issues that could arise if one's glasses were exposed to different types of heat. I would recommend her to a friend.
