The staff was their to greet me when I arrived. Staff was friendly explained everything to me. Doctor was nice took the time to talk to me and tell me the procedure. He reviewed all the exams he did in the follow up appt. He also recommended a great place for me to have my blood work.

The appointment itself was short and straightforward, and I felt acknowledged and heard by the Dr. Shadi, which I appreciated greatly. Unfortunately, my experience with the office staff was not as positive. I called multiple times before my follow up exam with questions and concerns regarding test results that I needed access too and about an unfamiliar charge and left numerous voicemails but never received a call back. I understand offices can be busy, but during both of my visits there were never more than two people in the waiting room and multiple staff at the front desk. The lack of responsiveness has ultimately caused a delay in my care, which was frustrating.

Dr. Shadi was extremely helpful in his service to my concerns and offered accessible help. Highly recommend! The experience was quick, efficient, and well rounded in answering any questions I had.
