Starting therapy at Shakti Therapy is one of the best decisions. I've gained invaluable tools for emotional coping. As an Asian American, am proud to break the cycle of stigma by learning about my patterns and intergenerational trauma that caused anxiety. I felt better with that in just 3 sessions.
