Shanna Rodgers, Professional Counseling

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—where your story is honored and your pace is respected. I provide trauma-informed care rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. My approach draws from evidence-based methods like EMDR, mindfulness, and CBT, while honoring the wisdom of the body, spirit, and nervous system. In addition to talk therapy, I offer trauma-informed restorative practices and guided Yoga Nidra sessions to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and somatic healing. These practices can be especially helpful for clients navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, or perinatal transitions. I specialize in helping individuals through life’s sacred transitions—whether through perinatal experiences, grief, trauma recovery, or identity shifts. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen and met in our work together. I believe therapy should feel grounding and hopeful, even when the work is hard. Together, we’ll create a space where you can reconnect with your resilience, explore what’s heavy, and gently begin to move toward clarity, relief, and deeper self-trust.
