Shanthi Wellness

I am a National Certified Counselor licensed in Iowa, Minnesota, and Florida. I see clients in-person at 332 S. Linn St., Suite 15 in Iowa City, IA or through HIPAA Secure Telehealth. My specialty is provider burnout, imposter syndrome, and moral injury, but I also work with trauma, anxiety and depression. I utilize Person Centered Therapy and I am Part II trained in EMDR.
