She told me to quit my medication cold turkey despite the notorious withdrawal effects from it. I tried to communicate how bad it was when I only missed 2 days worth but she didn't listen and expected me to comply.
This medication helps me and she didn't know enough of my history from a 30 minute consultation. Admittedly, I'm not a great verbal communicator, I didn't elaborate and she misunderstood. I tried to explain the misunderstanding and tell her all of my diagnoses but she steamrolled me and didn't let me finish. That should have effected what she prescribed. I clammed up at the end and said okay but I never filled her prescription or stopped my medication.
I value my new doctors' opinions and trust that she is hearing my concerns. If she gave the same diagnosis and prescription, then I would comply.
Please listen to your patients and explain your reasoning in layman's terms. You don't live in my body, I'm not going to needlessly suffer.

Lidia and her team are the most knowledgeable, comprehensive and professional psychiatry group I’ve ever been to. They are always on-time for all my scheduled sessions and truly listen to my concerns and ailments. I’ve been going to Lidia for over a year and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. HIGHLY recommend this company and service. Must give them a try!

Dr Gladney is super talented at her job, she listens, does her best to assist and works with all patients without bias! She really pays attention to what you say and takes an interest in you so when you check in she actually knows you it’s not like being pushed in an out of an appointment and your dr has to read your whole chart to know your name. She’s comfortable and easy going and just a great person! The service she provides at the prices she provides them is unparalleled. 10/10 recommend!!!!
