Dr. Sharp is a clinical psychologist certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Her deepest rewards come from seeing clients become energized and passionate about their lives. She sees herself as a coach or guide who starts by listening thoroughly then applying effective cognitive and behavioral techniques to help clients find their way to mental health and happiness. She believes that clients know themselves better than anyone else. She works with them to define and achieve their goals in a time-sensitive manner. Although some stay longer, most graduate within 3-6 months.
