Shazein Healing Therapy
I am a compassionate and grounded therapist who believes that healing begins in a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected. My work is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. I understand that seeking therapy takes courage, and I honor the vulnerability it requires to share your story.
I value authenticity and emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I see therapy as a collaborative process you are the expert of your life, and I am here to walk alongside you with support, insight, and care.
I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine human connection into the room. I believe in growth, self-awareness, and the power each person has to heal and transform.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based. This means I meet you where you are, honor your pace, and tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. I believe you already carry strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom. Sometimes they just need space and support to emerge.
