From beginning to finish, I felt a bit unsure as to what was going on. I'd signed up for a consultation and a cleaning, only the former of which got done. I got my X-rays in, but felt that maybe there was only a focus on the two sections I'd mentioned there being issues with, rather than a whole, comprehensive lookover. When Dr. Bhatia did appear, she wasn't very personable, barely introduced herself, didn't ask for my history, relied entirely on the chart, didn't ask how I was, etc. Normally I suppose I wouldn't mind, but being a new patient, as well as being someone who actually has a couple of caveats (I had a short timeline, as I'll be flying indefinitely out of the country in a week), that "small talk" section was actually really important to me. Luckily I finally gathered the courage to mention all of these things before she proceeded further... She also took very much for granted what my symptoms were, very much at face value, instead of really looking into why and how and when and how often they occurred, etc. -- something that I think is great for people who know EXACTLY what they need done, but self-reporting can give such a false positive... Last but not least, it seemed that she didn't have time to speak to me at all, either; she kept edging out of the room while she explained stuff to me, or while I was trying to ask her questions or explain my situation, as though she had more important places to be and wasn't paying attention to my concerns. They were busy in the office, as a Saturday morning, but it still seemed a bit rude and unprofessional to keep taking steps back out of the room while I was still speaking, especially after how little attention she had while examining my teeth. All of the treatment plans that she made for me, I was luckily in-the-know enough about from previous visits to the dentist to catch how some of them were unnecessary and to refocus on things that were drastically important in my short timeframe -- and she even was like, "Oh, yeah, that makes more sense," to a suggestion that I made about just doing the cavities first. Needless to say, I will not be going back, nor would I recommend this office.

Wait time was not long and seen very fast. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Doctor was friendly and took the time to address my needs. Big bonus points to all the staff for working hard on the weekend to help their patients who can not make an appointment during the week. Highly recommended!
