I thought the doctors here were very nice. However, my last visit was overall very disappointing and unwelcoming. The management and staff were not very helpful. The wait time was very long (more than an hour) and I felt very much rushed. In addition, I was misinformed about my insurance coverage which led me to think of seeing a different doctor for future pregnancy routine visits. When I researched more about my new insurance and brought it up to the office staff, I was dismissed and was told that the office would no longer take my case from now on. Given this encounter, I am changing my obgyn doctor.

This office does not seem to have any attention to detail. They contacted me to follow up with me regarding my recent lab results and provided me results from my previous year's visit. I was only able to determine this when I asked them how they knew about a specific test when I did not give blood work at my recent visit. That's when the person on the phone realized that she was looking at previous year's lab results. Also, I have provided them with my updated insurance information each visit and they have now twice summitted claims to my old insurance.

My first pregnancy visit went great. The office was very clean and did not permit parties that were not being seen by staff. This made me feel very secure. I was seen very quickly and had a full service first pregnancy appointment. First, I filled out my forms and was seen within 15 minutes. I took an initial urine test, followed by a session with an intake nurse who asked background questions, I then had a sonogram, next I spoke with a nurse that did an women's exam, finally I had my blood drawn. Each step was completed by a different person and absolutely everyone was polite and efficient. From the front desk staff to the phlebotomist, everyone seemed to enjoy their work and they did very well with making me feel welcome. This is my first planned pregnancy and I was really nervous going in, but I left very happy, I enjoyed the intake nurse and sonogram tech most because both of the practitioners were very friendly and helpful. The Phlebotomist was also great and worked well with my arms which are notoriously difficult to draw blood from. I would definitely recommend this practice to any new moms and I hope to return after my child's birth for routine women's health.
