Sheryl Stiffler Psychotherapy

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with adults, teens, and children. My areas of specialization include relationships, anxiety, depression, and attention deficit disorder. I graduated with a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and I am particularly interested in helping my clients gain effective, scientifically based tools to improve their lives. I strive to create a warm, accepting environment to facilitate comfort and growth, and at the same time provide practical methods for clients to improve communication, increase connection, and resolve conflicts, as well as manage strong or overwhelming emotions.
