At SHIMMER DENTAL, our team treats each patient as the unique individuals they are. We understand how anxious and uneasy some patients feel about dental visits, and we can make a huge difference by providing a relaxing, positive experience at every single visit. To make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible, we provide nitrous oxide or oral sedation products to relax you. Laser dentistry helps to eliminate the pain and suffering associated with traditional periodontal disease treatment and teeth extractions. Laser dentistry can also aid with the numbing effects.

As always I was seen promptly and Dr. Munne and his team are very caring and thorough in their handling of my orthodontic treatment.

Dental Assistants and Dr. Munne were great! Both workers in the office handling scheduling were unbelievably unprofessional. One had called me three times on accident to confirm my appointment, and the other spoke in a casual and sarcastic way that was ultimately just really condescending. Also, that condescending one forgot to give me a medication I purchased, and that staff was not apologetic and didn't seem to understand that I couldn't take time off work another day again just to pick up the medication...that the person forgot to give me. Ultimately, I had to ask another family member to go out of his way to go pick it up. If I were managing the office, I would've had a FedEx account with miscellaneous funds for little mistakes like that so we could've shipped the item to the patient, and patients didn't have to walk away feeling like they were not taken care of once they stepped out of the office.

It was a very good visit. Dr. Munne has CT Scan equipment and cutting edge software technology. She could find out my problem by one visit. It usually takes 2 visits to find out.
