False information on ZocDoc and their website about being in-network with my insurance. It was not. And they did not notify me of that (even after I asked multiple times before my appointment) until an hour before my appointment. I was going in for a broken tooth and a cleaning and was told that would all be done. No cleaning was done. I left unhappy and very disappointed in the communication.

The clinic is so clean and the staff are so friendly! The dentist listen to all my concerns and also explained everything. I have recommended this office to my friends and family. I will definitely be back.

It was my first visit, I’m glad I found him:) everyone at the office was really nice(female doctor receptionist and my doctor) I asked him so many questions but He explained and answered about my teeth and concerns made sure I understood He is very patient and nice. I didn’t feel to be rushed at all. Again I am glad I found him I would highly recommend him to everyone:)

The best dentist I've ever seen. The staff was so friendly and helpful and Dr. Hyo Sup Shin was extremely nice and explained everything regarding my teeth. Found my new dentist and would highly recommend to anyone.

Best dentist appointment I ever had. He showed me where I have cavities, and took photos inside my tooth during the treatment so that I can see where he is treating. He also helped me with cleaning and it was very thorough.
