I started seeing Dr Shin when I was at a really low point in my life. From the very first appointment, I felt heard and respected. She took the time to understand my past and current issues, explained my treatment options and reasoning behind option, and worked with me to find the right medications. Over the past several months, my anxiety and depression have improved significantly. I appreciate that she treats me like a whole person and really listened to me, rather than treating me like a number. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and thoughtful psychiatric care.
