I went in for an orthodontic consultation. I was seen by the orthodontist for < 10 minutes. I had a lot of questions but was told to rebook and speak to a general dentist for braces specific questions which I wasn't satisfied with since I was hoping the orthodontist would be able to answer all of my questions during this one visit. I wasn't provided any timeline or financial estimates like other offices gave me.

Great experience. Took my daughter for her 6 month check up and the doctor was so patient and kind to her. Crystal was so nice and answered all my questions prior to us coming in. Will definitely be returning!

This was my first visit with Dr. Raneem Alhakim of Shining Smiles and I was amazed by such a modern dental practice together with the very friendly and highly efficient professional staff. Dr. Alhakim's calm nature immediately put me at ease. She was very thorough in explaining my dental pretreatment plan and actual pictures! (besides mouth x-rays) were provided for diagnosis and treatment. You immediately feel that Dr. Alhakim and staff genuinely put a lot of effort and care into every patient.
