I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Dr. Freitas. My appointment was firstly delayed by a full 60 minutes. To make matters worse, she was clearly in the adjacent room, yet I was left waiting for an additional 15 minutes. It wasn't until I finally told the nurse that I had to leave that the doctor bothered to come in.
When she finally arrived, she was highly impatient and rushed through the appointment. She provided absolutely no new information or insight regarding my health, and simply told me to follow the exact same instructions my previous doctor had provided.
My time was completely disrespected, and the level of care was deeply disappointing. I will not be returning and would not recommend her to anyone looking for a thorough or attentive physician.
But the front desk and nurses are very caring and friendly, just Dr. Freitas is unprofessional, wasted patients’ times, and provided zero health care.
