Dr. Yu is very thorough, and takes the time to think through all the possibilities before coming to a conclusion. She listens to your concerns, and doesn't rush you out of the room - rare and hard to find in a doctor these days!

Dr. Yu was the most inattentive doctor I have ever met. First off, I had to wait 1hr and 10 minutes for the appointment that lasted less then 10 minutes.. (even though I scheduled this 2 days ago). She did not check the medications' name that I recently used, even though I had them with me and expressed my concern that it might be the cause of my problem. She basically did not even greet me, no hi/hello, no apologies for waiting (and this was my first visit). While taking notes she was standing next to a door, so I felt like she wanted to just walk out, and she did at one point (!), because she held a package of meds and had to hand it over to someone, and she did that while I was talking to her and describing my symptoms.. she was out of the office for just seconds but it seemed very unprofessional, as I just felt I was not being listened to :( Dr. Yu might be much better with other patients, and maybe it was not her day, but for me that was the worst encounter with another doctor that I've had so far.
