had such an amazing experience with this virtual doctor’s office! From the very beginning, I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, and took the time to really listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed.
Even though the appointment was virtual, the care felt very personal and attentive. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and comforting. It’s honestly refreshing to have a healthcare provider who makes you feel like a person and not just another appointment.

Needed a psychiatrist to manage my adhd and provide an account for accommodations. Quite literally, Albert did nothing. He collected copays from me on 2 separate times and got on the call to basically give me a referral for a different place. He kept insisting on me getting a neuropsych evaluation which costs thousands of dollars out of pocket, and gave me referrals for places that were not covered by insurance. Found out later that I did not need a neuropysch evaluation for anything related to the care I needed. Ended up going to a different psychiatrist, and Albert's office just wasted my time and money.

Never sent the prescription to pharmacy!! Went to the pharmacy a number of times and was told they sent the Dr a request twice and received no answer back. I called the doctors' office over 5 times and they said they would send it but they never did.

I came to my appointment with detailed documentation of my symptoms, medication history, and how different doses affected my executive functioning. I wasn’t asking for medication based on preference—I was trying to explain how my ability to function at work and in daily life changed.
I repeatedly told him that I respected his medical expertise and wasn’t trying to tell him how to do his job. I simply wanted my observations to be part of the decision-making process. Instead, I was told, “You’re the patient and I’m the doctor. You need to listen.”
I understand doctors have to make safe clinical decisions, and I respect that. However, I left feeling dismissed rather than heard. I was hoping for a collaborative discussion where both medical expertise and the patient’s lived experience were considered. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.
If you are trying to establish symptom control with real time journal entrys don't go to him.

Dr Kwimi is honestly the definition of a ‘diamond in the rough’…I say this because there are SO MANY Dr’s listed when you’re trying to find one on ZocDoc, that frequently you have to go through several before you find one that you’re comfortable with or that you like, etc…& that one for me is Dr Kwimi! From the first visit I had with him through now, he has been kind & compassionate, the appointment wait times very minimal, & I’ve been contacted ahead of time just to make sure I had the video link. He’s very knowledgeable & truly an interested, active listener who never makes you feel like you’re rushed or that he’s ’on the clock’. I would recommend him & his office/staff 10/10 times!!

My and I had a very good experience today. He had really great bedside manner, he was an attentive listener, and he answered all of our questions clearly. I also noted that he was observing my son while simultaneously engaging with us, which I thought was very nice. My husband doesn’t typically gravitate to most doctors, but when we left our appointment, he felt very good about our interaction, which I was very happy about. We will definitely be returning to him and we look forward to having a good relationship with him in the future.
