I'm Albert Kwimi, a board-certified psychiatrist committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals seeking support for their mental health and emotional well-being.
With a strong foundation in clinical psychiatry and years of experience treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders, I specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, and other mood and behavioral disorders. My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and grounded in the latest advancements in psychiatric medicine.

I never leave reviews, but Dr. Kwimi is truly my only exception. I've had him as my online provider for a few months at this point. We meet via Telehealth roughly once a month and I still schedule through ZocDoc. He is the only psychiatric professional I've encountered that genuinely makes me feel cared for. I am on a medication that is gravely scrutinized, out of stock, or refused to be given. He has never refused, he even goes out of his way to ensure the pharmacy has it in stock before ordering my refill, which I never knew was possible given previous prescribers did not do this for me. Trust me, he is the most welcoming, friendly prescriber. I never feel nervous anymore, I actually look forward to our monthly calls, which only last about 15 min if no issues in my treatment occurred. His offices text system is a real person, they answer prudently and swiftly. I cannot stress enough how truly genuine he is. He always wishes happy holidays and to take care of myself. Meet with him.

Everything was great the only thing I am still waiting for doc to give a call to the pharmacy for a diagnosis so they can release my medication. It took a few calls on my part and I’m still waiting for this to be done. I’m sure this is normal and part of the process. J am just eager to start feeling better.
