Sidana Psychiatric Services

I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with more than 18 years of experience. I treat all kinds of psychiatric conditions including Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar disorder, Trauma and PTSD, Sleep difficulties, etc. In addition to my clinical work, I have also served as the Chairman of Psychiatry for several years at a local hospital. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized. Medication can be very helpful, but I don’t assume that medication is always the answer or approach treatment with a predetermined medication agenda. I try to understand the broader context of what someone is experiencing and involve patients in decisions about their care. When appropriate, I also incorporate psychotherapy into psychiatric visits. I am currently accepting new adult patients by telehealth throughout Maryland and generally have good availability for new evaluations.
