I had a wonderful experience with this office. It was my first time trying a new office in a while and i was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything ran. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and the doctor was a great communicator and did a great job of explaining things to me. The office was able to get me in for two services in one week and I'm so thankful. Highly Recommend!!!

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I was asked to get my images ahead of time on my own, which my last dentist was able to get for me. When I did that, the dental office still insisted on taking their own images which they spent more than 40 uncomfortable minutes taking and I finally stopped it as the lady was gagging me, tripping over the equipment and did not seem to know how to operate the equipment at all. When I asked her to stop she did and I complained that I shouldnt have had to do this at all, wasn't that the point of getting my prior xrays for the office. She said no, hers were more clear which was a joke. The equipment in the office was dated and the whole thing was just a money grab. When I finally saw the doctor she said that I needed a deep clean which would have to be 2 future appointments where I would have to be numbed. I told her that I expected to have my teeth clean today not in 3 appointments. I should have walked out upon first glance

I was very happy with all my visits-Dr. Lozano is a skilled dentist with a delightful personality. I would certainly recommend her to anyone wishing to improve his or her smile. She did for me and I couldn't be move pleased!
