No one mentioned that i would need eye drops and would not be able to drive home. The drops would effect my vision for up to 6 hours. Also, a contact lens exam was an extra charge.

The whole experience was very comfortable. The entire staff that I worked with was friendly. The technician who did the testing was very friendly and answered all my questions. The doctor explained all the chest results and let me know what I should do to help. Take care of my vision. Overall, very positive experience.

The office staff and doctor were very good. The wait time to be seen was unacceptable - one hour and twenty minutes. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early, which was not necessary. The appointment ended up taking more than 2 hours.

It was a good experience for me from the front clerk, to Pablo that did my eye test, a very polite young man and to the end Dr. Musumeci, check my eyes thoroughly and he updated my glasses prescriptions he did a great job I haven't been examined like that before he took his time and explain what was wrong with my eyes. I left very pleased and will be back to get may glasses order.

Dr. Salvatore Musumeci was very soft spoken, calm, straightforward, and knowledgeable. We were afraid of a different diagnosis and relieved by the results. He answered our questions about medications that could affect vision, which is so much appreciated!

I came here since my insurance stopped being accepted at my normal eye doctor. First, I was called that my appointment had to be pushed back a week, not the end of the world and rescheduled. I arrived to my appointment early and had to wait over an hour to be seen. Also had to fill out all of my insurance information that I went through with them over the phone prior to my appointment. That was repetitive, and I'm still unsure why they called if I had to do it in person anyway. I was examined by an assistant/tech, and was told that my appointment was booked incorrected so I had to wait more while she consulted with the doctor if I could be seen that day. At the end of my appointment, I was there for just under 2.5 hours, which is a ridiculous amount of time for an eye doctor exam. Also, I received my paper prescription but was not consulted on ordering my new contacts/glasses, or even offered that service. Overall a slow, unpleasant visit and will not be returning.

Waited in the lobby for about 1 hour and 15 minutes before being taken back in, even though I had a scheduled appointment. The tech was great, but I was charged a higher amount than initially quoted. Once I saw the doctor, she was in and out in about 7 minutes and seemed in a rush, which was a little disappointing since I had waited over an hour to see her.

Although they were extremely short staffed this day, it was an overall great experience. I will say that the Check in associate was not very welcoming, but the assistants , Provider, and check out associates were great. Could just have been a stressful day. Provider is great and thorough.
