After booking, confirming the appointment, and waiting a week, I was told the doctor I made an appointment with was not even in town. Office staff never apologized and shifted the blame onto some marketing person as if they are the ones who list the doctors availability. My finger is broken and this place is very unprofessional. Honestly, urgent care was better.

Dr Pasquale Montesano fixed my lumbar spine when a herniated disc at L4 L5 and spinal stenosis were crushing the nerve and sending pain down my leg. He decompressed the spine, took the pressure off the nerve, and restored space in the spine so I could walk without the shooting pain that had taken over my days.

He is extremely professional. He reviewed every spine image, explained exactly what was wrong in the spine, and never rushed the visit. The whole team treated the spine problem like it mattered.
I have heard Harvard level spine talk from other offices.
This visit felt like that standard in real life: precise spine diagnosis, calm spine planning, and a result that actually fixed the spine. If you need a spine surgeon who can correct a specific spine problem and keep the recovery surprisingly easy, go to him.

I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and was told that the doctor had an emergency earlier in the day and was never notified by the doctor, the office, or Zocdoc. I will never use Zocdoc again and I will never visit that doctor or office again.

They mentioned that they’re having issues with Zoc Doc right now, which I understand. But, I don’t understand the overall lack of professionalism from most everyone (except for Beena, she seemed legit) in that office.
Really off vibes in this place. Unprofessional atmosphere, I made a specific appointment online, which was reiterated at the front desk. After I told them what I was there for, I filled out some forms. I gave the forms back, sat on the couch, waiting for them to call my name, cuz that’s usually what people do when they’re ready for you. Instead, they stared at me with the door to the back open until I realized they were looking at me. The front desk lady brought me back, started taking my vitals and asked if I “was there for anything specific”, this was the same lady who I told what I was specifically there for. The nurse finally came in, also asked what I was there for, upon my response, she replied with, “we don’t have the materials for that”.

This was the most unserious office I've been to. First off the nurses didn't know how to write down medication names,
after I explained my illness asked me about a different one, opened and closed doors with no warning as I was naked, and couldn't even find the simple medicines line saline water or a gown the doctor needed. The doctor was nice but inexperienced. She was confused the entire time I was there. I even mentioned to her a cleanser I used and she kept saying it was a cream. The worst part was the lack of cleanliness. The nurse put her gloves on and then touches everything. They struggled to put the stirrups up. And the floor was so dirty in the examination room. I will not return and recommend others don’t come here.

I came to see Beena Philipose, NP because I had been dealing with ongoing stomach issues for months and felt like my previous provider never really took the time to listen to me. Most of my past appointments felt rushed and I would leave feeling like half of my concerns were never addressed.
My appointment with Beena was completely different. She actually sat down and gave me plenty of time to explain what had been going on, asked thoughtful questions, and went through everything with me wo making me feel rushed. She actually seemed to care about figuring out what was causing my symptoms instead of just trying to get through the appt.??amazing
It honestly felt more like seeing a PCP who had known me for years than a quick appointment with someone I had just met. I left feeling heard, reassured, and like there was finally a real plan moving forward. I would definitely recommend Beena to anyone looking for a provider who actually takes the time to listen and care about their patients.

i had to get a consultation w Beena regarding my health and she is great. She is very professional, has good bedside manner, and carefully listened to me and to my concerns. i also had to get a PAP smear done which we did. I truly recommend her to someone who is tired of practitioners in a rush not listening to them or taking care of them (which I had an experience with elsewhere)

I had to take my time to write this review for Beena because of how professional she was with me today. She is an expert on wound care, I had came in with a large diabetic ulcer and was cleaned. They were able to do HBOT Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber for me and my wound and offered me a skin sub.

The first time I booked, the address was never provided the day of my appointment. I tried calling and contacting the office to get the address and no one answered so I had to cancel.
The SECOND time I rebooked, I took time out of work to drive to my appointment and when I got there and was stared at blankly by the receptionist only to be told the doctor left and will not be in the office for the rest of the day so I should just do a walk in tomorrow. Unfortunately for me, I cannot now take work off two days in a row to just “walk in tomorrow”.
I found it incredibly unprofessional to not be contacted by my doctor (or staff) about needing to reschedule my appointment.
I can’t speak to how the doctor’s bedside manner was because I never got to meet her lol.
