I was disappointed for two reasons: 1) the dentist office did now know the appointment date and thought it was same day I made the Zocdoc reservation; they called me and asked me to change the date; and 2) I did not see Peter, and his brother Rueben came in instead. This was quite surprising and noone informed about this, which leaves a semi-bad taste in my mouth.
The hygentist and dentist were both fine and did a decent job. Rueben was really trying to upsell braces and encouraging me to see his brother, orthodontist. Again, not ideal but I can ignore this if they continue to treat me otherwise.

This was my first dental appointment here in the US and SimpliSmiles was excellent. They told me all I needed to know about my teeth and how to keep them clean. They showed me my X-rays and explained what needed to be done in detail. The staff were all lovely too. I would highly recommend!

The overall visit made it a wonderful pleasant experience! The staff were very polite and friendly and the dentist was extremely detail oriented and explained everything clearly. Their office was immaculate and the interior decor was very classy. Especially appreciated the TV screen on the ceiling during the treatment and the sunglasses they provided me so not to be blinded by the lights while looking up. I highly recommend this establishment!

Phenomenal team!! From scheduling the appointment, to check in, to seeing the hygienist, Stella, then Dr. Hammer and then checking out.... it was smooth and effortless.
