After several awful experiences with several dentists and one periodontist, my fears were eliminated after meeting the staff and having a dentist who really listened to my history and my concerns, helping me to navigate past them and putting me on track to better oral health! I went in for a regular checkup and had a great experience. The dentist took good care of me, answered all my questions, and only recommended what was truly needed. Prices were reasonable and scheduling was easy. I’ll definitely return for future dental care.

The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly, they were able to scan and clean my teeth. As well as informed me of some other things that were happening from prior dental work. They also gave me the referral I needed for my wisdom teeth to be removed, also at a office that accepted my insurance.

All of the staff were extremely nice, friendly and very efficient. I was on time and was shown to the exam room immediately. I was in for a procedure and it was completed most efficiently but with the utmost concern for my comfort. In my life, I've been to a number of dental practices and this is a really good one!

I was seen by the doc in under 10 minutes and my treatment was performed with professional care & precision.
All my questions & concerns about today's visit & my dental health were addressed with respect and confidence.

Absolutely disappointed…long story short, I took an uber and took off work for this appointment and used sick time. A complete waste of my day. They said their server crashed and they’re offline and can’t service me today. The doctor said they would normally be able to do my extraction in the office but because of the system they can’t. But also said they would give me a referral for same day. Ok fine but the whole thing felt super rushed and dismissive. I was referred to 2 places that were 20 and 40 minutes away. The assistant at the desk blatantly lies to me and says oh well “we don’t do extractions here so…” when the doctor just told me otherwise. ELOHEL Thank you so much Simply Teeth for a subpar unprofessional experience and wasting my entire time and money. A+ service ????

I am not a huge fan of the dentist, went five years without going. The entire staff was very understanding and helpful. I felt comfortable, very informed on what the treatment plan was, and I’ll actually be going back again, which is great.

Dr Dhir was so lovely and I was so happy to have booked an appointment with her. She addressed all of my concerns and listened to any questions that I had and was very personable. I didn’t feel like she was rushing from patient to patient she took her time and made me feel great about everything. Also the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my insurance and the lady at the front desk helped me happily and I really just appreciate everyone’s kindness and they seem to really care about the patients here. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist’s office they were phenomenal.

The dental hygienist was abrupt and never told me what was happening next. She got water all over me when cleaning my teeth - never apologized. Just left after cleaning my teeth and never said that the doctor would come in - I almost left. Waited 10 minutes for the dentist to check my teeth. The dentist found decay in a tooth with a large filling and said I would need a crown, she wouldn't just replace the filling and fix the decay. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed two more crowns because I ha decay starting under two crowns already in my mouth. I believe that getting money was the issue. I will never return.
