Sinar Treatments is a luxury physical wellness practice located in Midtown, Manhattan. Sinar encompasses a multidisciplinary approach to treatment with some of New York City's most sought after providers on one team. By bringing together pain management, chiropractic and acupuncture, Sinar is able to provide an individualized experience for every patient.
Founder, Dr. Ashley Narain built Sinar Treatments in order to deliver the highest standard of modern luxury care to busy New Yorkers. The Sinar team's core values are centered around treating each patient with integrity. Our goal is to elevate each treatment into a full experience unlike any other.

I was a patient of Dr. Ashley at a previous practice and she’s always been a friendly and attentive but now that she has her own place it was an amazing experience. The office is gorgeous and very comfortable.
I’ve been to other providers where they treat you like cattle but Dr Ashley gives you the attention to detail and really listens to your issues. She is very knowledgeable and I’m feeling better already. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ashley is the best chiropractor in NYC. I have been experiencing shoulder pain from lifting heavier and she was able to diagnose me and explain my injury, treatment plan and fitness recovery so well. Sinar Treatments is unlike the rest!!! Dr. Ashley paid so much attention to detail and you can tell that she really does care for her patients as if they were her own family. This visit was not a normal doctor's appointment, it was an experience which is way more than I expected. If you are looking for a new chiro who is sports oriented, very smart, on point and well versed in various fitness related injuries, look no further. I could not be happier with the level of service at Sinar Treatments! Dr. Ashley and her staff are extremely professional and they really know how to treat all types of injuries. I was recently seen for a neck related injury, Dr. Ashley identified the type of injury it was and started a treatment plan to help ease my pain within a short time! She relieved my back and neck pain and then even went beyond that correcting some chronic bad posture. My experience with Dr. Narain was great! She was able to see me for a last minute weekend appointment for a bad neck injury and communicated clearly with me how to get into the office on weekends. This office is tackling my hip issue from all angles: pain management, chiro-therapy and physical therapy. All specialists are on-site at the time of appointment and work together assess and derive a plan to correct the issue. The trigger point therapy is super focused and their knowledge and understanding is quite incredible. The electric stimulation and warm compresses are pretty cool also. I hear they have accupuncture as well, so I’ll have to try that soon. Overall experience was great and the office is so chic and clean.

This chiropractor is nothing short of the best in the city. Dr. Ashley diagnosed me with rotator cuff tendonitis in 2021 after having too much fun at my bachelor party. I usually weightlift 4-5x weekly and play pickleball so I was desperate to get better and get back into it. Dr Ashley built a treatment plan that included every detail of all of the things I spoke with her about during my history and explained how I would get there in a timely manner. This proved to me that I wasn’t just another patient, she listened to my concerns and within 3 weeks, we tackled them.
I have been a patient of hers since and I cannot recommend her enough. She is strong, confident and very good at what she does. She will be your #1 motivation to get where you need to be and always remembers everything. She is a beast at following up and you can never get anything by her. She always knows!

I am running the Nov 2023 NYC marathon and I sprained my achilles. The race is weeks away and I wanted to find a physical medicine office where I could be seen by multiple providers and get back on track. Sinar Treatments is astonishing. Not only have I never seen an office so luxurious, but the attention to detail in the care I was given by Dr. Ashley was there. She is a sports med chiro and that is obvious in the way she creates a detailed treatment protocol and timeline for you.
Dr. Ashley is one of the most bubbly and positive people I know. She is also so smart and skilled. Her certifications set the bar high when it comes to chiropractic treatment- she did ART, graston, mobilizations, KT taping and wrapped my ankle. I also see the pain management NP and acupuncturist who address other concerns Dr. Ashley discovered during my exam.

Dr. Ashley helped me rehab a grade 3 AC joint separation in 2019 that happened while skiing and she was able to help me avoid surgery completely. I am in investment banking and did not want to spend any time out of the office or living in physical therapy post surgery; I simply do not have time for that. I was given top notch care, great non-invasive treatment options with a personal touch by one of the best doctors.
She makes it a point to develop a connection with patients and really get to know you in order to deliver what you need. I have referred colleagues and noticed that Dr. Ashley tailors every treatment plan based on the individual. She will work with your time frame, how much time you have to commit and help you to attain larger scale fitness goals as well. I go to lifetime gym every morning at 6 am and Dr. Ashley built my entire recovery plan for me.

I was lucky enough to find Dr. Ashley, the perfect chiropractor for me. I just gave birth to my first child and have had copious amounts of hip pain. It’s hard to hold my baby, walk or stand for long periods of time which is frustrating because I just want to lose my pregnancy weight. The vibe in this office is on another level. I have never even seen another office to this standard and to be honest, I hope that Dr. Ashley opens more Sinar Treatment offices in the city because there is nothing like it. It is where luxury meets a doctor’s visit. The office is gorgeous and everyone at the office was really sweet and kind.
Dr. Ashley is a very skilled and talented professional. She diagnosed and gave me the best chiro treatment ever. She also gave me useful exercises to continue building my shoulder strength as well as strengthen my stabilizer muscles in my mid back. She also educated me on injury prevention and taught me 3 small things to change in my exercise routine that will create major differences. You can tell she knows her stuff, and she is not shy to share the knowledge with her patients!

I am a runner and I get very uncomfortable when I am unable to run. I had the worst hip pain until I found Dr. Ashley. The pain was radiating down my thigh and I was unable to sit. When I found Dr. Ashley, somebody from her office called me within 10 minutes and confirmed my insurance and copays.
Dr. Ashley did a full history and exam and paid a lot of attention to my area of concern and flagged a few of her own. She did the most amazing manual treatment, adjustment and had other great services, all included! She referred me to her in house pain management specialist who was wonderful as well. At 32 weeks pregnant, I was unable to sleep at night due to excruciating sciatica pain and really needed to get treated. Getting out of bed in the middle of the night was becoming too much of a burden. I found a same day appointment with Dr. Ashley and I am SO thankful. She is a lifesaver.
She explained the anatomy behind why my muscle was impinging on my sciatic nerve and thoroughly explained how she was going to treat me and fix the issue rather than just bringing down my pain level. I never had active release technique before but I got lucky finding a chiro with this certification. I could not recommend Dr. Ashley enough. I found an appointment on a SATURDAY because I got injured while boxing the night before. Dr. Ashley’s dedication to her patients is on another level.
