Dr. Cohen offers individualized dermatologic care with an emphasis on education, prevention, and maintenance. Her practice approach is embraced by her integrity and compassion in guiding patients through their skin wellness. The practice is run as a private micro practice under the direct care model. This model allows Dr. Cohen to provide complete skin care in a personal and approachable setting. Our goal is to improve and maintain your overall health and to empower you with an understanding of your condition. Dr. Cohen's direct care model focuses on the doctor-patient relationship by removing the insurance company from the relationship. We strive to eliminate the headaches of today’s healthcare system. +You will always see a board-certified dermatologist +Transparent pricing, no surprise bills after your visit +Minimal wait times with next day or same week appointment availability for most concerns PLEASE NOTE: INSURANCE IS NOT ACCEPTED. Payment is due prior to visit. An email with intake information and a secure credit card form will be sent shortly after booking. The intake forms and credit card must be completed and accepted to be seen by the doctor. Many insurance plans will reimburse for our services. PPOs may reimburse, but we are considered “out-of-network” providers. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Savings Accounts (FLEX) may be used. If you are concerned, please check with your insurance provider for their rules and regulations regarding reimbursement. PATIENT MUST BE LOCATED IN ARIZONA FOR THE TELEMEDICINE VISIT. Check back on Sunday & Monday afternoons. Typically we have one or two cancellations for the following days.

The doctor cancelled on me, by text, last minute, as I was driving to my appointment. I showed up and nobody was there and they weren't answering their phones. I never received a follow up apology either, if you text me to cancel, why can't you text me to apologize to earn my business that I was paying you cash for. I will never go back nor trust ZocDoc doctors. Be aware!
