Artem is fantastic! The front staff is friendly, there’s never a wait, and the office is so clean with calming music and a TV playing in the background. He really listens, does extractions in-office, offers great peels, and sends prescriptions right away. I’m so glad I left my old dermatologist for a provider who truly cares!

I was seen on time. My office visit was very pleasant. Front office staff was very friendly. Doctor was very knowledgeable. As a matter of fact when I met the doc we both recognized each other from me being a patient of his years ago under our beloved Dr. Kling in the Brooklyn office. They no longer took the health ins coverage I had back then, so that stopped me from going there after 20 or more years. Fast forward to today, this doc is still a still gem. He understood my issue right away, and knew what to do immediately. He then advised me on the next steps of what I needed to do to. I am happy to re-connect with this doctor as I haven't been to a dermatologist in years. I will be going back to him.

My experience with Dr. Artem was great! I was seen right away, and he addressed my acne issues. He even offered a chemical peel and blackhead/whitehead removal at no extra charge. And since my insurance was running out at the end of the month, he gave me a 3 month supply of medication and expedited the request with the pharmacy to make sure I received it in time. 10/10 would recommend!

I came to him in late August for what he said looked like a mole. He attempted to remove a bit, and stated the mole made a sac. He then burned the tip for what he said would stop the bleeding and mole from regrowing. It is now October and the mole is still bleeding, it never healed and it came back bigger then before. I never received and instructions, meds , or follow up
One of the most careless doctors I’ve ever experienced. Never again!!

Artem’s skin review was quick, about 3 minutes. He would have missed a few moles if I didn’t call his attention to them. He did a quick electrosurgery of one and then just left, leaving the wound open and bleeding, no ointment or bandage, no wound care instruction on a subcutaneous wound the size of a fingernail that will take 3-4 weeks to heal. Then he gave me a basic Rx I’ll be on for at least a year with no refills, so now I have to call and deal with that in 30 days.

Quick and easy appointment, the PA was knowledge and gave me the time of day especially as an out of pocket patient with many skin concerns.
The nurse was great too! However the checkin process was a bit chaotic and strange...the front desk person wasn't super friendly and demanded payment in a very unnecessary way.
I ended up getting a mole removed same day (which was great so I didn't have to come back) BUT I wish they had been more transparent with pricing before hand. It is what it is, just a reminder to ask questions!
All in all, the visit was what I needed to get by for another year of cancer free skin!

Dr. Pinkhasov was very efficient. Once I got there, I was called into the room shortly after and he was very straightforward with instructions from the start. I came with an idea in mind of what I wanted for my acne, and he exceeded that. He’s fast and very knowledgeable!!

This was a great experience. I had a difficult mole that needed to be removed ASAP and this Dr. Kindly removed it for me in less than 20 mins! And did a great job. I’ve had no problems since getting the mole removed!
