Booked an available appointment as shown on ZocDoc and when I got to the office it was closed. I booked a couple days in advance and received no notification from the office they would be closed.

It was a very professional and highly efficient visit. The Doctor was knowledgeable and pleasant.

I made an appointment through ZocDot and got the confirmation to confirm. Even got a text message saying that the office was going to send me an email on how to do the video visit. I never received an email and when I called the office 10 minutes before my appointment they had no idea who I was and I wasn’t even on the schedule. They said the insurance that I had was also not accepted even though on Zoc dot it said it was.
