Most relevant
I received an appointment confirmation through Zocdoc along with forms to fill out to prepare, which I did. No one showed up, no one answered the phone, no one called me back, no one followed up. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited for 20 minutes, I called and left multiple messages on 2 different numbers and left a WhatsApp message. I knocked on the windows, I left messages afterwards to find out what happened and reschedule. I never heard from anyone.
