Very inconsistent with time, kept rescheduling me last minute and not showing up to appts. Also I felt that she didn’t listen.

I was prompted to provide my insurance multiple times, however I was not seen by the provider & I was unable to cancel or reschedule during the time of appointment. Lastly, I did not receive the link from the provider to join the appointment. I felt like my appointment needs were dismissed.

I had a scheduled appointment today that the doctor didn't show up for. I called the office they told me they would return my call, but never got a call back! I've called seven or eight times over the last month because the doctor never called in my prescription last month and was told every time that they would call me back and no one ever did
