When I entered the Dentist's office, I was welcomed by a very nice and friendly receptionist. After I filled out my paperwork, she took me to one of the dental rooms and there I waited for Dr. Kaplan. Dr. Kaplan came in and introduced himself and proceeded to talk to me about my dental needs. He explained everything to me and gave me time to answer him and ask any questions or concerns I might have. It was truly my best dentist experience and I would highly recommend De Kaplan.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The office is clean with state of the art xray and a nice view of NYC. The dentist was thorough explaining the issues with my teeth, created a treatment plan and answered any remaining questions. I will be returning in a week and plan on remaining at this practice.

Dr. Philip was great. He was nice and knowledgeable. However, office reception lady was unfriendly. She called me few times for my insurance information even if I provide everything first time she reached me. She tried to charge me for the next visit deposit without book the next visit. I'm little hesitant to recommend this location.

My visit with Dr. Kaplan was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He also made me feel very comfortable on the dental chair and took the time to explain every single detail. Sabrina, the dental assistant, was also very warm and friendly. She knew what she was doing and she was very professional. And of course, Sabina the receptionist, was also very welcoming and handled all my paperwork and appointments. This is definitely an A-Team!
I highly recommend this place and I will very likely become a long time client.
