It took me a really long time to get to the step of trying medication and Dr Sanchez was the first provider to help me get the help that I probably should have tried a long time ago. It’s hard for me to trust and I have a very skeptical nature but Dr Sanchez is very patient (yet still finds a way to challenge and move me forward), always meets me where I’m at, and was willing to explore different options.

This was my first ever experience with a mental health expert, and I don't think it could've gone more perfectly. Dr. Sanchez is wonderful and really made me feel seen and accepted. She got straight to the point, but not once did I feel rushed or unheard. I am absolutely looking forward to working with her in the future.

The Dr. Sanchez took her time with our appointment, I didn’t feel rushed or that she didn’t care, she was very sweet and knowledgeable. She did a full assessment and took into account all of my concerns and didn’t make any major changes to my medications right away and talked me through everything.
