Joel is my go-to whenever I have a muscular/joint issue. He has a kind, warm bedside manner. I'm always impressed by his thorough assessments. He hears my issues and never minimizes my problems. I always learn a lot about my particular problem because he takes time to educate me. Since it's physical therapy, touch is an important component of treatment and he is very respectful and therapeutic. I refer my closest friends to him.

Third visit with Dr Joel and I can’t think of anything to complain about if I tried. Third appointment and third time getting a longer session (after asking if I had the time to spare) and getting some in depth training on what I need to do at home. I’m already noticing a great improvement and I have Dr Joel to thank for that.
The front staff is amazing too. They’re all extremely kind, and they’ll call with appointment reminders which is helpful for someone like me. They also deal with my annoying insurance company for me so that’s a plus.
I love that they’re synced with PhysiApp. It loads all of your tasks for the day and has video to guide you.

I was late (gotta love the L train) and still seen and given a full treatment. It's a great office in a really convenient spot, and they take my insurance so that's nice.
The people at the front desk are pleasant, and really know their stuff. They're on point. Everything goes quickly but smoothly, and I can't really think of anything to complain about.
Dr. Joel is awesome and truly cares about his patients.

I had a great first impression of Dr. Jezequel and the Orthology team. I was seen right on time, given extra time during my appointment to discuss my issues, and was shown recommended exercises thoroughly without feeling like it was being dumbed down. I look forward to coming back, but mostly to getting to the point where I no longer have to do so. I have no question Dr Joel will get me there ASAP.

This was my first appointment with Joel but I can already tell I made the right choice coming to him. He's friendly, really listens, explains what's going on clearly, and seems genuinely interested in my recovery. For the first time (maybe ever in my life) when I didn't have any additional questions at the end of the appointment, he proactively brought up things I didn't think to ask. Very happy with my decision to work with him.

Exceptional PT, highly recommended. I've been through numerous physical therapists and he stands out from all the rest. Joel will work with you, motivate you and not give up on a patient's improvement even if an orthopedist states the patient's is a lost cause and needs further surgeries.

Joel is amazing! I had high expectations coming in based on Zocdoc reviews, but he exceeded them. I wish I had bypassed my podiatrist appointment and went straight to Joel for PT for my ankle, weakened from years of ankle sprains. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I completely trust in his care and direction. Joel's also very friendly and has a great demeanor. It was an individual, completely customized one-on-one session for my first PT session. He gave me at-home PT exercises, as well. I will be going back to Joel for subsequent follow-up PT sessions. Definitely see Joel for PT - you will not regret it!

I did ten sessions of occupational therapy with another therapist before deciding to switch over to another provider. I was nervous about doing it through ZocDoc, but went with Joel because of his overwhelmingly positive reviews. And now of course I'd like to add my voice to the fold! Joel was attentive and inquisitive during our initial meeting with regards to the extent of my injury, taking the time to explain to me the anatomy associated with the pain. Using images instead of inundating me with medical jargon really helped me understand what needed to be done to alleviate the pain. In subsequent visits, Joel continued to exhibit his friendly bedside manner and adjusting the treatment based on feedback from me.
