The physician exhibited an excessive amount of humor and sarcasm during the consultation. The conversation appeared to deviate from the primary reason for my visit, resulting in a lack of focus on my concerns.
I felt slightly uneasy about his parting comment, in which he suggested that I inform him if the ice alleviates my back pain; otherwise, we may need to explore alternative solutions at his house.
