Was treated very nicely with respect and felt comfortable. They make you feel safe and important.

Prior reminder would be better, but still very good Service that I received.

When I got to her office I was told to provide an ID after I showed my ID I was told to fill up a very long form about 5 to 6 pages, I finished the form and hand it to her office staff then they make me wait a long time I was told 4 patients where ahead of me after waiting 3 hours her staff approached me to tell me the doctor denied me the consultation and she didn't take me in, I had to take 2 cabs to get there I had spine surgery 4 weeks ago and I needed to see an sports doctor My insurance is workers compensation I had a tragedic accident at work some months ago I was working when a customer hit me with an scooter in motion on my back I'm 49 and I had to have 2 spine surgeries one for the work related accident that happened to me on Sept 2025 and another one for personal illness in 2024 This doctor should have her license to practice medicine revoked for denying treatment and consultation to a new york city heavily injured worker with an active workers compensation case
I never got to see the doctor because after waiting 45 minutes, I was told it would be another 45 minutes, so I just went back home. The office was dirty as well. Mistake on my part choosing this doctor.

My appointment was at 5:30, I called to say I was 5 min away and they never checked zoc doc and told me I will have to come back tomorrow because they couldn’t verify my insurance because the office manager left. When I offered to pay they said no i couldn’t pay because the doctor is getting ready to leave. I drove over an hour to get there and all they could say is because I was a new patient I could not be seen at this time.

I showed up for my appointment, nobody seem to have any knowledge I was coming. I was told they'd need to check with my insurance and that they'd get back to me the next day. The next day, I heard nothing. I called the following day and spoke to someone who told me that someone would get back to me. Nada. I finally called back a second time and after being put on an extensive hold I was told me insurance didn't cover the service. To be clear, I never met with the Doctor but overall this could have all been avoided if they had called me prior to my appointment.
When I got there for my ACUPUNCTURE appointment the receptionist looked confused as to why I was there, even though I got a solid confirmation via cell phone for this visit a day before, when I got there (and I might add it cost me money to get there) the receptionist said now she have to verify my Insurance information which was already verified a day before, but never again. So don't waste time, money and energy it's really not worth it, so my experience was horrible at this place: 59-07 94th street suite E8, ELMHURST, Queens, and I scheduled to meet with Dr. Stephanie Bayner, M.D.,....I have to find another doctor some how.
Dr. Bayner is extremely professional and equally friendly and empathetic. She is a terrific listener and addressed my concerns completely. I will not hesitate to see her again and recommend her to my colleagues, friends and family.

Dr Bayner is very nice, sweet and pleasant. My first visit with her was great, she explained everything to me what she would doing for me and recommend me for physical therapy and they are also the best. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.

Great.

She's a professional doctor who seem to care a lot about getting the treatment you need. Very attentive, thorough, and realistic in her approach.
Very helpful and patient.

Her Professionalism and Experience is demonstrated by her clinical skills associated with making a conclusive diagnosis and expeditiously implementing a feasible treatment plan.

Dr. Stephanie Bayner is an excellent medical provider. I have been going to see her for several months due to the knee pain. She's very knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to any concerns we may have. Now my knee pain almost gone. Thanks a lot. The staffs there also are so warm and professional. Highly recommend them! TIPS: If you go to see Dr. Bayner, please go early in the morning so that you are not waiting too long or else the waiting time can be a couple of hours.

It was quite the pleasure being seen in Dr. Bayner's medical office. Her staff was easy to talk and assisted me in any questions that I had regarding my treatment/insurance. Dr. Bayner was very kind and professional throughout my visit.
Verified patient
Front desk was very nice and cordial A + The Doctor is very knowledgeable, I went in with lots of pain and came out of my visit feeling much better. I was provided with good treatment options due to the fact that I did not want any pain medicine. Dr. Bayner is warm, patient and knows what she's doing.

I'm officially hooked! the acupuncture really helped my headache and my neck pain. I 'm so glad Dr. Bayner lead me to this instead of pills. I'm totally recommending acupuncture to all my friends. Dr. B really knows her stuff!

She was very thorough, kind and very caring. She took her time to get to know me and my pain and symptoms. I would highly recommend her.

Office is filthy paperson and boxes everywhere, ractitoner was TEXTING during her consult w me! NO GLOVES when giving shots (and im sure she didnt wash her hands beforehand bc saw her with 2 other persons in a mtg in her office before me)!!! The waiting room is way overcrowded and i waited more than 2 hours since my appt time to be seen (others did too). Another clinician had to knock to remind the practitoner that I was waiting bc she was busy talking w others in her office. I saw a clinician eating lunch on the examining table and that same person interrupts comes in the office to get supplies during my visit. Practitioner may be knowledgeable and friendly but unbelievable what I had to put up with today, it is an unprofessional practice. Clean the place up! At least front desk staff were cordial.
Dr.Bayner made me feel very comfortable especially since that was my first time ever meeting her,she went above&beyond to answer all my questions, she is very, very sweet&caring

Great doctor but wait can be long sometimes

Dr Bayner saw me even after I was over an hour late after my scheduled appointment time. She took her time in consulting over my test results and offered me an appropriate treatment plan. I find she is understanding and very relatable unlike many other Pain physicians in this city.

I think that the office is a mess. First they left my mom waiting for 2 hours and half, once we sit to see the doctor we come across a grumpy and very unprofessional doctor. My mom is telling her that she is having pain in her ankle (additional to her onset problem) and the doctor was very unprofessional and told my mom, why didn't she mentioned before, meanwhile we were there to tell her the new problem she has been experiencing. All the visit time the doctor was talking to my mother with an attitude. I will never go to this facility again I Do NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE! I work with doctors my self and neither me or the doctors I work for treat their patients the way she treat it us. I'm very disappointed.

I was referred to Dr. Bayner by one of her patients, and I feel lucky to have found her to manage my pain. She took the time to listen to what my issues were, and tried to figure out the solution. She gave me medication and incorporated acupuncture and injections, which made a huge difference. Dr. Bayner also uses laser therapy - super cool! I would definitely recommend Dr. Bayner.
She is a wonderful doctor and person. She takes her time to make sure she hears you. She is very knowledgable and caring. More doctors should take a page out of her book!!!

Dr. Banner is wonderful. She is an experienced professional and her entire staff is so warm and reassuring. I walked out, not just feeling better from the treatment I received, but convinced that I would get better soon.

Im 6 months pregnant and was experiencing really bad sciatica. Dr. Bayner gave me trigger points in my back with lidocaine as well as dry needling and it has helped me significantly. I just also loves how she takes the time to talk to you about your issues and she really cares about your pain!
Verified patient
Dr Bayner was extremely prompt with our appointment. After being seen within minutes of arriving we had a brief discussion in which I felt she listened and fully grasped to my issue. After a brief evaluation Dr Bayner was able to provide me with a full diagnosis, immediate solution to my pain and a plan for the future. Highly recommend.

She was great but I waited a long time to be seen. There doesn't seem to be much organization in the office and she did not consult me before scheduling me for additional services in the office that I wasn't even sure would be covered by my insurance or how they would help my condition.
The office had no idea that I was coming in, yet I received a confirmation email from zocdoc, however Dr.Bayner took me in immediately to see me because she saw how much pain I was in (even though she was about to step out). She began treating/diagnosing me before she even knew if my insurance would be covering any treatment. Dr.Bayner is kind hearted and caring woman who really goes beyond to help her patients and that goes as well with her whole team. I have never been treated so well and quickly before in my 4 years of experience in doctors offices for my back pain. I highly recommend anyone looking for an orthopedist or anyone suffering from pain to see Dr.Bayner. Excellent and caring doctor without a doubt.
Verified patient
The doctor always takes time with me, she answers all my questions and never seems to be in a rush to move on to the next patient. I always feel completely satisfied after my appointment. There are no UNANSWERED QUESTIONS, DOUBTS, or CONFUSION. Everyone is friendly, pleasant and everyone gives the best service possible - you give your patients such a warm welcome. I highly recommended Dr. Bayner unreservedly !!!
Verified patient
She is one of the few doctors who actually take the time to listen to your issues, and provide comprehensive treatment! I absolutely love her!
Verified patient
She's a very good doctor, but she is unreliable and takes personal calls while you are in the exam room. She is supposed to come into the office by 10a.m. She is rarely, if ever, there even close to 10a.m. The people at the front desk say she is "stuck in traffic" every time. She does not take appointments; it is a first come first serve kind of place. The front desk is very nice and the physical therapists are very sweet and helpful. Dr. Bayner has really helped with my back and neck pain. If I could change one thing it would be her unreliability....other that that she is a great doctor.
Dr. Bayner is a caring and educated doctor. She knew how to treat me for my pain as soon as I told her what was wrong. She takes her time and examines you. I will recommend her to all my friends.
Verified patient
Dr Bayner seemed much more interested in my insurance, when she saw that it covered accupuncture she pushed for it, barely listened to me about my knee pain. Useless, did nothing to help. . The front desk was pleasant, but I waited for over an hour. Would not recommend

I made a great decision on choosing Dr Bayner, she was very efficient , professional and had me in therapy for my elbow immediately after my visit, I will be returning for more!!
Verified patient
She was very professional, thorough to find out my medical history and the painful conditions that brought me to see her. She let me know exactly how she could help me and explained the treatments. I started treatment right after speaking to me , which I thought was great. When you are in pain that means so much, not having to wait for another visit to get treatment. I felt she wanted to help me with my pain as soon as possible.
Verified patient
Dr. Bayner listened to my pain complains and was very patient with me. She administered pain medications that relieved my pain. She is helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is courteous and attentive. I recommend Dr. Bayner very much.

I am dealing with a lot of pain, and I really appreciate when a doctor does more than just write you pain medication. Her pain management techniques are really great. She also has this new laser therapy treatment that seems to really work. I also get the sense that she really cares for her patients well being. I also think it’s great that she provides plenty of techniques and testing to treat pain. I got lucky with the wait, however if the waiting room is full of patient’s that is also a good sign. If anyone is looking for a good pain management doctor she is definitely someone you should give a try.
What a nightmare! I made an appointment for my husband who has been in terrible pain for months from a back injury. In his first visit to Dr. Bayner's office, her staff had no clue he had an appointment and had no clue what ZocDoc was. They made him wait for over an hour without ever speaking to him. Finally, when he was frustrated enough to leave, the only girl in her office with any sense stepped up to help him. He said Dr. Bayner was very nice and helpful when he was finally able to see her. He was sent for an MRI, which he had to reschedule because they could not get in touch with anyone from Dr. Bayner's for authorization. When he was finally able to get in for an MRI and make a follow up appointment with Dr. Bayner, they made him wait over an hour and a half. No on in her office said a word to him. Two people came in and told the staff in Spanish (which he understands perfectly) that they didn't have an appoint, and they were taken right in before him. When he was finally taken in, they didn't have his MRIs there and Dr. Bayner had no recollection of even sending him for one. After he had to bring her up to speed she her staff to contact a completely different office than the one they sent him to for his MRIs. Needless to say, he left the office without any help for his back and I am looking for a new doctor to send him to. Dr. Bayner was very friendly seemed like she could be a good doctor, but she needs to be aware of what goes on in her office.

Dr.Bayner is a knowledgeable pretty good doctor, however she is lacking in bedside manner & having any courtesy for her patients time, it's as if her time is somehow so much more valuable & her office shows no regard for patients time or the fact we are in pain waiting for some sort of relief & even arriving 2 hours early for a scheduled confirmed APPT time, there is STILL A LONG WAIT-Showing up 2hrsearly you are lucky to be seen in 3 1/2 hrs & worse you will not get all of your questions answered or matters resolved for that APPT., instead you will be told "it's too busy, next time, come back tomorrow, come to my other office-a difference in over an hour of transportation time-and if you voice your concern or unhappiness over the long wait, sitting in traffic, paying $6 to park, wasting gas & time & you are unable to go tomorrow to her other office to get your APPT for that week x

Dr. Bayner has a very busy office, but she takes time with each and every patient to listen to your problems in detail. Rather than giving you the in an out she is deeply concerned with the details of your healing. More so she takes the time to explain what medication she is prescribing, and why this one versus another. I don't feel she is making her decisions on what the drug reps are pushing but on what will help heal me best.
