Everyone is nice felt rushed, X-ray equipment was uncomfortable.
I am a person who hates going to the dentist so believe me when I say they earned these 5 stars. The office is very nice & clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I was seen very quickly and the office helped me navigate an insurance issue so I could still be seen. The doctor and hygienist were both great and I felt very comfortable during my visit.

I just had the most thorough teeth cleaning and xray I’ve ever had. The hygienist and dentist were so nice. I didn’t feel rushed in and out. They took their time to do everything right. They explained what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. It was a positive experience.

Such a great experience at this office. They took their time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend this place. Hasan, their front desk staff, was very personable and kind to explain how my insurance works with the associated costs. I am definitely going back to them.

On this app it said my insurance we covered and after I taken care of I was told it was not covered and had to pay out of pocket. Was disappointed because I was told afterwards instead before I was taken care that my insurance wasn’t cover. I would have went to another dentist.

Avoid; dysfunctional office Eager for a local dentist, I booked a well check-up with Dr. Hima Desai. I called to confirm and Sue put me on hold. This was not really a hold as I could hear the a patient repeating himself, exasperated that his booking request was not being acknowledged. (Pro tip: use the hold feature or risk a PHI violation). When I arrived, an elderly patient was angry that dentures were not fitting properly; no idea if her complaints were valid. After a full set of X-rays (no Pano machine) the doctor did an examination and sales pitch on Invisalign (pausing to complain that an assistant was outside on her cell). She is correct, my front teeth are crowded. I rejected the estimate and was swiftly told that the cleaning would not take place (a confirmed part of the New Patient Offer). Either I pay the full promotional price or a standard, higher rate. Old school "bait-and-switch". I requested my X-rays and only received a montage, not the actual usable files.

Absolutely horrendous experience. During my first visit two weeks ago the dentist recommended I go for a root canal and crown procedure without any evidence of one being required. I expressed I would not be proceeding with an exploratory procedure. I proceeded with having a cavity filling procedure completed on Tuesday October 29th. During the procedure they injected my mouth with local anesthetics which inflicted an extremely painful shock like sensation in my mouth. I immediately expressed the painful sensation I was experiencing and the dentist replied that she was very gentle. She proceeded to complete the filling after plenty of drilling. My face felt very swollen. After the procedure I saw how inflamed my face and jaw looked. As the anesthesia wore off. I was overcome by immense constant pain and inflammation. My jaw is also black and blue and still in pain two day later - Thursday Oct 31. I have had cavity filling procedures completed before and never with these issues.
