Appointment & Financial Policy
We kindly ask patients to provide adequate notice (48 hours) if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A $35 fee will be applied for missed appointments or cancellations made on short notice.
For patients booking as out-of-network and Self Pay patients, we offer a discounted bundled rate of $175, which includes a comprehensive exam, X-rays, and a cleaning (if clinically indicated).

Dirtiest office I’ve ever been in. Was actually grossed out while in the chair. Barely cleaned my teeth, will not be going back.

Dr. has an excellent bedside manner and is very cordial and easy to speak to. She explained things very well and made my daughter very comfortable. She needed an extraction and she felt nothing. She was upset that she had to keep some sort of gum thing in her mouth for 40 minutes but that is to be expected.
