The office and equipment were clean and current. I was in a lot of pain, and although I was asked to rate my pain, there seemed to be some hesitancy about resolving it. I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness, but I could tell there seemed to be some hesitancy about taking action right away after agitating the pain more to locate it and take x rays. After the work was done to alleviate the pain, I was fine. There is also some delay in closing out the procedure due to scheduling with the specialist and some difficulty passing records from one office to the next as I may need to plan for care elsewhere if we can't get the job done when we are both mutually available.
