Haven’t enjoyed going to the dentist since I was a kid until now. Dr. Mohammadi was patient, genuine, and informative. Will have to get used to being someone who likes going to the dentist now :D

Firstly, the office called me everyday since scheduling for a week claiming I didn’t have dental insurance. Instead of calling my insurance to figure out the issue, they interrupted me daily, sometimes calling 2x a day. My insurance was able to prove that I did in fact have dental, and wrote me an eligibility letter so I could go to my appointment. However, they warned that the doctor I’d chosen wasn’t covered even though the office was.
I called to cancel, and was argued with - unable to complete a sentence. Suddenly they were able to communicate with my insurance immediately and efficiently to get me in. I went to the appointment, and the dentist was keen on upwelling me a deep cleaning, despite listening to context clues that I didn’t want a copay this appointment.
I declined a deep cleaning, because of the price, and she didn’t offer a standard cleaning. I’ve never seen a dentist who wouldn’t at least offer standard.
Bad listening and no consideration.

Dr. Mohammadi and her Hygienist made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire visit. Both were very professional and kind and gave clear instruction and explanations. I foresee returning for years to come. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dental home.

Do not go here unless you are very rich and afford her exorbitant overcharging. She will tell you she's going to give you the treatment she would give to her sister, but what she will do is give you care not covered by your insurance, leaving you to cover the extra amount, having gotten you to sign off on it. I believe in a perfect world, the care she gives is probably correct, but ultimately in our system the patient is the one who suffers.

I’ve been to Dr. Mohammadi twice and I won’t be back. The lack of transparency in pricing and her pushy, up-selling attitude made me incredibly uncomfortable. At my second appointment I felt incredibly pressured to make future appointments and sign paperwork that she claimed she had shown me in our first appointment (she hadn’t). Overall, just bad vibes. I felt like more like a dollar sign than a person.

Very pleasant staff, efficient, non-judgmental about my lack of daily flossing :-) The best part was that before recommending any procedure, they check with my insurance so I know what the cost is going in without being surprised

Highly recommended - Marjan made me feel instantly at ease, the clinic itself is clean, modern, spa-like, with a place to park your car. I found Marjan's explanations of the treatment options very clear and helpful, and she was calm and gentle when performing the treatments I needed. I appreciated little touches like the hot towel to clean up with afterwards! This was a first visit, and I'm happy I've found such a good dentist in my area for the future.

I arrived before 9am for my 9am appointment. Another patient arrived around 9:15a . It was obvious the office has double-booked me and another patient but they wouldn't admit there was an oversight. They took the other patient first and left me waiting for over an hour until I asked if I would be seen soon. Then, the dentist told the receptionist she could take my X-rays. It was after 10a when the dentist finally came over to introduce herself and analyze my teeth. Then, she made me watch an Invisalign video and kept me waiting for another 15 minutes. I told the office I had not budgeted several hours of my workday for a cleaning that I was told would take 1 hour. The office also doesn't offer patient parking which means you''ll need to park at a meter (2-hour limit) or park on one of the residential streets (also a 2 hour limit but read the signs for street cleaning). I told the dentist it would be best to make new patients aware of the parking situation and how much time they should allow to complete the cleaning appointment in advance.

This is the worst dentist I have ever visited. She insisted that I get invisalign basically from the second I walked in the door. She (and her dental hygienist) continually talked about my need for invisalign. She tried to get me to sign paperwork that contracted me into invisalign and guilt tripped me that she had already "started prepping the mold" after I had said no and that I need to think about it. She tried to lower the price multiple times to convince me (it was still thousands of dollars). This was also the first time that I ever paid for a dental cleaning as my insurance has always covered 100%. Not sure what she did but some deep clean (that probably was not necessary). Terrible and uncomfortable experience.

People on the office seem miserable, doctor is pushy and tries to make pay more for cleanings. "deep cleaning" said she can only use a pick for deep cleanings which is not true. Then asked that I pay more when in only came in for a regular cleaning. I would never want to feel pressured for a procedure knowing that it's money driven. X-ray machines so old it took over an hour to complete!
Sorry will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Dr. Marjan openly complained about her staff not picking up things quickly enough, which was awkward because said staff was within ear shot. She worked quickly, which for the most part I liked, but seemed to rush through people, and was vague with answering questions about services and coverage. I was told my services was covered by insurance, then was handed a considerable bill and was told it was specialty fees, whatever that means. She then tried to automatically book me for wisdom extractions, and when I tried to get a quote or out-of-pocket expense expectation, she basically said she didn't know and I should just come and find out at the procedure because the surgeon was also a 'specialty' doctor. It seemed like bait for more payments with vague descriptions of services. I will likely not return.

I personally would not recommend going here. I was the first appointment of the day and they were 45 minutes late. The technician seemed very unsure of what she was doing, and was so unbelievably rough while cleaning my teeth that I had to spit a mouthful of blood.

Dr. Mohammadi is professional, courteous and kind. Very understanding in my chosen treatment plan as it relates to my finances. Her office staff are also terrific, the equpment was high tech, the surroundings both serene and beautiful. I highly recommend Dr. Mohammadi!

I had a wonderful 1st visit! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! The facility was clean and the decor was inviting! Dr Mohammadi, was quick and very thorough. She also made sure if I had any questions or concerns that she could address during my visit. Rafael did a fantastic job with my teeth cleaning and was able to remove a stain as well as being able to brighten my smile from the cleaning! An excellent place to go!

When I saw the doctor she immediately tried to sell me adult braces or Invisalign, no kidding this was the first 2 minutes of meeting her. She took a quick look at my teeth and told me my bottom ones were shifted and she could fix that.
I was just trying to go in for a cleaning. I told her I would think about it and she didn't take that for an answer. She told me I could set up a credit plan and pay it off in 6 months then asked if that's something I could do, I said no. Then she asked if a parent or friend could consign for me and I replied no again. She just said well it's something to think about then left me to get a cleaning. After they buffed my teeth and had me rinse my mouth out with water they said they were done. I had to ask for floss and mouthwash and they flossed me but didn't give me mouthwash! Every dental cleaning I went to always did this at the end of my cleaning. After the dentist harassed me about the braces I wasn't liking that place then after the cleaning I knew I didn't want to come back. Come if you are wanting a sales pitch and a poor cleaning.

Sort of an odd visit. The check in process with the front desk lady was not clear and she didn't even acknowledge me. I had to initiate the hello.
The cleaning went fine and I felt that they really did a great job on that part. I had a few surface fillings done and they weren't polished well leaving a rough feeling tooth in my mouth.
Also felt pressured to get treatments I didn't want.

First off, the office is aesthetically beautiful so if you are into design this is the place to go (you won't mind the wait.) Dr. Marjan was great! She was friendly and explained my diagnosis fully. I was really scared and having a lot of pain and she made sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain while she was treating my gums. She even discounted my service because I was going to have my wisdom teeth pulled the next week and she wanted to thank me for being a customer.

Great visit with Dr. Marjan. She is clear about her diagnosis and treatment plan. And very clear about pricing without pressuring you at all to purchase more than you need. The office itself feels very cozy, almost like you walked into a friend's place that just happens to be a dentist office.

I went in for a consult for invisiglin and they didn't tell me about the extra cost before my appointment I was disappointed because I felt like I had been lied to- The office was beautiful the Doctor was great, everything was new and beautiful, there was plenty of parking. It was a great location.

Manipulative and business driven. Basically tried to force me to "enroll" in Invisalign plan...I'm perfectly happy with my teeth. I don't know if we just misunderstood each other or if it's a cultural discrepancy, but she did not make me feel comfortable. I felt quite out of control. The receptionist and dental hygienist were wonderful though!
The man who actually cleaned my teeth was thorough and quick. He gets 5 stars.

Dr. Marjan and Elizabeth (receptionist) are really amazing. I got scared of the needle and blacked out for a second, and Dr. Marjan talked me through the whole ordeal (super embarrassing but she made me feel comfortable). Then, Elizabeth chatted with me until I felt better, AND had the kindness to call me and check up later on in the day. Love them! Will always go back. Even though I passed out in the chair (such a wimp) I am actually looking forward to going back regularly.
