Front desk, dental assistant, and dentist were good. Just upsetting all the extra out of pocket expenses that were going to be added on top of what my insurance was going to pay for. I declined the service because of this and they offered to email me the X-rays taken for another dentist to see what needed to be done so I didn’t have to go through another set of X-rays at another office. Unfortunately only one of the 10 X-rays they took were emailed to me and had to do the X-rays all over at the new office.

I had not been to the dentist in 3 years before going to Dr. Shamalova. Coming into the appointment, I was admittedly very nervous. But both the doctor and her assistant made me feel so comfortable and calm. They talked me through every part of the appointment, from insurance to services they offer. When I left, I actually felt excited to go back because I knew I had found a great dentist!

I usually dread the dentist due to horrible past experiences; however, I was pleasantly surprised. This all started with Jazzy who remained extremely friendly and welcoming throughout phone calls and my visit. Dr. Shamalova was also very personable and took the time to explain everything.
