Horrible experience. Also did not properly update Zocdoc. Zocdoc said they accepted my insurance but then it turns out they didn't. Didn't bill me until after 2 visits and I ended up paying for two cleanings even though I had insurance

I've had a lot of trouble finding a good dental practice in the DC area. Dr. Rai changed that today! He was very prompt to start my appointment, thorough in his explanations and considerate of my comfort throughout the appointment. The entire staff was prompt and kind and the office is super high-tech. I highly recommend Smile Loft Bethesda if you're looking for a great dental experience!

My visit was awesome. Check in wasn’t a long process. The staff was courteous and professional, the office is clean and smells great. I’ve never in my life had a doctor/dentist with the bedside manner of Dr. Rai. Any fears that you may have go right out the window. He’s nice, approachable, professional and has a sense of humor. He shares information with you as well as your treatment plan and move forward from there. I’m definitely returning and this is my forever dentist.

Best dental experience I've ever had. Dr Rai has by far the best bedside manner and takes the time to really explain his recommendations and the things going on with your teeth and gums. To top it off even the rest of the staff is super pleasant, I feel like you always have to settle for one thing or another at other offices, when here its an entirely great experience! So glad I found this practice!!!
