my first teeth cleaning appointment with Dr. Ruben Yelizar, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. As someone with a low tolerance for pain and a bit of dental anxiety, I was extremely nervous about the procedure. However, Dr. Yelizar made the entire process completely painless and comfortable. He took the time to address all my concerns and explained everything in detail, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the appointment. His caring demeanor and thorough approach made me feel like more than just another patient.
Additionally, I had a wonderful experience with Terry, She was incredibly helpful and kind, taking the time to understand my insurance situation and confirm my appointment. Terry even called me on the day of my appointment to remind me, which was a thoughtful touch.
I’m genuinely grateful to have found this practice. Dr. Yelizar and his team go above and beyond to provide excellent care and make patients feel valued. Highly recommend!
