The beside manner was excellent! I was very scared, nervous, anxious and they gave me time to breathe. I was in quite a bit of pain because of my gums and Dr. said will finish at another time. They were patient and answered my questions and concerns.

An amazingly warm and friendly staff and doctor. I have never felt as comfortable in any dentist chair as I did here. The x-ray tech and hygienist were both personable and engaging. Upon leaving, there was no "let's schedule your next appointment for the issues we found" pressure. I will decide what I want done and in what time frame. Who'd have thought they want to go back for another appointment? I do!

This has been the best experience I've had for a dental visit. I'm not someone who does reviews but this team deserves it! Starting with Natalie at the front desk, she was warm, welcoming, full of energy and knowledgeable. made me feel like a missed family member that she hasn't seen in a while. I loved the check in process, quick and efficient! I was immediately greeted by the doctor right after, and she really made sure I understood the whole process for care plan. Also, the young lady taking my X-rays had me trying to talk in between scans, that's how enjoyable our conversation was! She was professional, Knowledgeable, very efficient, gave me great references for things that will enhance my health overall. I feel like I went to see my extended family and got some good information to make my smile better and overall health improve. I can't wait to come back.

Had an appointment for 10:15 on 12/01/25. Nobody in office until 11:00. Dentist was off somewhere at a wedding. Never cancelled my appointment it was the first appointment ever. This never happened to me in my life before. I am 82 years old. I travelled at least an hour to get there.

Nice atmosphere, not an A-typical dentist office. As my wife said, "It more like a spa!" From the receptionist to the Doctors are all very friendly and helpful. My wife and I are both very satisfied from atmosphere to outcome. If you're on the cuspids of going to the dentist, I highly recommend Smile Spot Dentistry and keep on smiling!!! ??????
