We are a very busy family, so punctuality is extremely important to us. Smilee is out of network with our insurance, but we choose to come here because they don't make us wait like most other doctors appointments do. The staff here are all friendly and kids love Dr. Han. Totally worth paying a little extra for the more private and personalized experience!

I took my 6.5 year old daughter and it was such a wonderful experience. Dr Han was absolutely lovely, had a fantastic bedside manner, she was smart, patient, and has an amazing ability to connect with kids. The whole office was extremely kid friendly in decoration and attention to detail, had a relaxed feeling, and the staff and Dr Han went out of their way to make sure the kids felt totally at ease. We did not have any wait time at all. My daughter had a couple minor issues and Dr Han explained everything in a kid friendly and appropriate manner so that she was not anxious about it. She always made sure my daughter was ok throughout the visit and never ‘pushed’ her beyond her limit. She left happy and without a fear of the dentist. They have very cute prizes for the kids :) She even gave us an electric toothbrush and recommended special toothpaste brands (and provided us with samples) that my kids love. She answered all my questions calmly and patiently and never made me feel rushed.
